Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you very much for your purchase, I really hope you enjoy it. Publishing is a challenging business and I don’t (yet!) make money; all proceeds help me to continue to write. If you are not happy with your purchase, however, this is how returns work:

Change Your Mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to let me know you want to return a book, and another 14 days to post it back.

Books must be returned in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition.

Return Shipping

Unless a book is faulty, you will need to cover the return postage cost. I highly recommend using a tracked service.

International Orders

Local customs duties or import taxes paid outside the UK cannot be refunded.
